Empista is led by Tiago Rodrigues, founder, mentor and the creative force behind the brand. With a degree in Automotive Technology from Kingston University and an international motoracing career, Tiago brings the discipline, technical insight and passion for cars that shape every project.

Since 2002, he has built close relationships with automotive manufacturers and event agencies worldwide, dedicating his full time to creating exceptional automotive experiences.

Over the years, Tiago has brought together a specialised team that shares the same mindset, many of whom have been part of the journey since the beginning. Together, they work with one purpose: to exceed expectations and create an environment where every team member feels motivated, valued and proud of their work.
